Salonkee is the market leader for salon management software across Luxembourg, Belgium, and Switzerland, serving over 10,000 beauty and wellness businesses in seven countries. The platform provides an all-in-one solution covering appointment booking, customer management, point-of-sale, marketing, and AI-powered features. For salons, this typically results in 70% fewer missed appointments and 8–12 hours less administrative work per week.
This Sales Representative role is designed for career changers with no prior sales experience. You will learn sales from the ground up while building your own network in your region. Your responsibilities include:
• Actively prospecting salon owners in your region via phone, in-person visits, and social media (cold outreach)
• Conducting on-site needs assessments through consultative questioning and delivering product demonstrations to show how Salonkee simplifies daily operations
• Owning your full sales funnel from initial contact through deal closure
• Planning your week independently with clear targets and support from your manager for coaching and development
The company provides comprehensive onboarding and development: a sales bootcamp at the start, a structured ramp-up program, shadowing with experienced colleagues, role-play training, and regular coaching. You'll work alongside a local team lead and regional colleagues, with a clear career path from junior to senior to management roles. You'll have access to transparent KPIs and performance metrics, flexible weekly planning with trust-based work hours, a company car with fuel card, MacBook and iPhone, €50/month tax-free benefits allowance, base salary plus uncapped commission, and regular team events.

• Ability to inspire and generate interest in prospects
• Resilience in handling rejection with a forward-looking mindset
• Learning orientation; ability to implement feedback and pursue development
• Organized and structured approach to work

• Fluent German (native or near-native) and good English
• Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel within your region
