Salonkee is the market leader for salon management software across Luxembourg, Belgium, and Switzerland, serving over 10,000 beauty and wellness businesses in seven countries. The platform provides an all-in-one solution covering appointment booking, customer management, point-of-sale, marketing, and AI-powered features. For salons, this typically results in 70% fewer missed appointments and 8–12 hours less administrative work per week.
In this Sales Representative role, you will build a sales career from the ground up in your Hamburg region. You will actively prospect salon owners through cold calling, walk-ins, and social media outreach. You will conduct needs assessments on-site, deliver product demonstrations, and own the full sales funnel from first contact through close. You will plan your weekly activities independently with clear targets and support from your manager.
Salonkee provides comprehensive onboarding and development: a sales bootcamp at the start, structured ramp-up program, shadowing with experienced colleagues, role-play training, and regular coaching. You will work alongside a regional team lead and peers—you won't start alone. The company offers a clear career path from junior to senior to management roles, with transparent KPIs so you always know where you stand.
Compensation includes a company car with fuel card, MacBook, iPhone, €50 monthly tax-free allowance via Probonio, base salary, and uncapped commission. You'll enjoy flexible weekly planning and trust-based working hours, plus team events including summer festival and winter celebration.
