Salonkee is the market leader for salon management software across Luxembourg, Belgium, and Switzerland, serving over 10,000 beauty and wellness businesses in seven countries. The platform provides an all-in-one solution covering appointment booking, customer management, point-of-sale, marketing, and AI features—resulting in an average 70% reduction in missed appointments and 8–12 hours less administrative work per week for salons.
In this role, you will drive regional growth as the primary point of contact for salon owners in Bremen. You will proactively reach out to salon owners via phone, in-person visits, and social media (cold outreach). You will conduct needs assessments on-site and deliver product demonstrations showing how Salonkee simplifies daily operations. You own the full sales funnel from initial contact through closing. You will plan your weekly schedule independently with clear targets and support from a manager who coaches and develops you.
Salonkee offers comprehensive onboarding and development: a sales bootcamp at the start, a structured ramp-up program, shadowing with experienced colleagues, role-play training, and regular coaching. You will work alongside a team lead and regional colleagues—you won't start alone. There is a clear career path from junior to senior to leadership roles, with transparent KPIs so you always know where you stand. You'll enjoy flexible weekly planning and trust-based working hours, plus a company car with fuel card, MacBook, and iPhone. Compensation includes a fixed salary plus uncapped commission, plus €50/month in tax-free benefits via Probonio. The team hosts regular events including summer and winter celebrations.

- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with phone and in-person communication.
- Ability to inspire people and generate interest.
- Resilience in handling rejection and forward-thinking mindset.
- Learning orientation; ability to implement feedback and drive self-development.
- Organized, structured approach with confidence using digital tools.
- Fluent German (native or near-native) and good English.
- Class B driver's license and willingness to travel within your region.
