Salonkee is the market leader for salon management software across Luxembourg, Belgium, and Switzerland, serving over 10,000 beauty and wellness businesses in seven countries. The platform provides an all-in-one solution covering appointment booking, customer management, point-of-sale, marketing, and AI-powered features—resulting in an average 70% reduction in missed appointments and 8–12 hours of saved administrative work per week.
In this role, you will drive regional growth as the primary point of contact for salon owners in your territory. You will proactively reach out to salon owners via phone, in-person visits, and social media (cold outreach). You'll conduct needs assessments on-site and deliver product demonstrations to show how Salonkee simplifies daily operations. You own the full sales funnel from initial contact through closing, and you plan your weekly schedule independently with clear targets and support from your manager.
This is a career-changer role designed for someone without prior B2B sales experience but with strong customer-facing background. You'll receive comprehensive onboarding including a sales bootcamp, structured ramp-up program, shadowing with experienced colleagues, role-play training, and regular coaching. You'll work alongside a regional team lead and peers—you won't start alone. Clear KPIs and performance transparency keep you informed of your progress at all times.
The role offers a defined career path from junior to senior to management positions. You'll enjoy autonomous weekly planning and trust-based work hours, a company car with fuel card, MacBook and iPhone, €50 monthly tax-free allowance via Probonio, base salary plus uncapped commission, and regular team events.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior sales experience is not required. Background in hospitality, beauty, retail, fitness, events, or other customer-facing roles is valued.
- Outgoing personality and comfort with both phone and in-person communication.
- Ability to inspire people and generate interest.
- Resilience in handling rejection and forward-thinking mindset.
- Learning orientation, openness to feedback, and commitment to professional development.
- Organized, structured approach and proficiency with digital tools.
- Fluent German (native or near-native) and good English.
- Class B driver's license and willingness to travel within your region.
