The platform provides an all-in-one solution covering appointment booking, customer management, point-of-sale, marketing, and AI-powered features. For salons, this typically results in 70% fewer missed appointments and 8–12 hours less administrative work per week.
In this Sales Representative role, you will drive growth in your assigned region (Graubünden) as the primary point of contact for salon owners. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from initial outreach through closing. Your responsibilities include:

• Building relationships and generating interest through consultative selling
You will work as part of a regional team with a team lead and colleagues, ensuring you don't start alone. You'll receive a company car with fuel card, MacBook, iPhone, fixed salary plus uncapped commission, and €50/month tax-free benefits via Probonio. The role emphasizes trust-based work arrangements and self-directed time management.

• Resilience in handling rejection and maintaining forward momentum
• Structured, organized approach; proficiency with digital tools
• Fluent German (native or near-native) and good English
