As a Sales Executive in the Member Engagement Marketing (MEM) department, you will be at the frontline of Tide's growth, engaging directly with existing members to understand their business needs and recommend tailored fintech solutions. The role is based in Delhi NCR and involves outbound sales to pre-qualified member prospects identified through data-driven insights and behavioral signals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Calling and engaging existing Tide members to build rapport and uncover sales opportunities
- Pitching, upselling, and cross-selling Tide products and services to maximize member success and revenue growth
- Staying informed about upcoming product launches and helping shape go-to-market strategies
- Consistently achieving individual and team KPIs in a performance-focused, data-driven environment
- Providing feedback on leads, scripts, and campaigns to improve sales effectiveness
- Accurately logging all interactions and sales outcomes in CRM tools
- Owning ad-hoc projects that support Tide's commercial growth
You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure members receive the right solutions at the right time. The role requires adaptability to UK-aligned working hours from an international location.

Requirements:
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue-based sales targets
- Strong consultative sales skills with excellent negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented with passion for helping businesses succeed
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level preferred) with professional telephone manner
- Ability to work UK-aligned hours from international locations
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Kustomer or similar) and working in data-driven environments
- Collaborative nature with ability to own and deliver on personal KPIs
- Curiosity about fintech, SME banking, and financial services innovation
- Bonus: Previous financial services sales experience and understanding of UK business culture and SME customer behavior
