Salary: PLN 7,800 - 11,000 / monthly

The Sales Quality Analyst role supports Revolut's sales teams across multiple locations (Barcelona, Krakow, Madrid, with remote options in Poland and Spain). You will work closely with Account Executives and their managers to monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality and compliance of all sales interactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring quality and compliance of sales interactions by reviewing and scoring phone calls, emails, and chats
- Providing constructive feedback to agents based on quality scores and results
- Collaborating with sales trainers to develop best-practice guides and facilitate regular training sessions
- Supporting continuous improvement of sales processes and outcomes
This is a detail-oriented role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to compliance, and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales leadership and training teams.
Requirements:
- 6+ months of experience as a Quality Analyst or in a similar quality assurance/operations role
- Fluency in English and German (required for this position)
- Demonstrated strong quality score results in previous roles
- Exemplary diligence and integrity
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills

- Prior experience working in a sales environment
