Motorway is the UK's largest online car-selling platform, connecting private sellers with over 8,000 dealers nationwide. The company recently launched an Enterprise remarketing service targeting the 2 million business-to-dealer vehicle sales market annually, with Mobilize Financial Services (Renault/Nissan finance arm) as the first customer.
You'll join the Enterprise Operations Team as a Sales Operations Coordinator, serving as the primary point of contact for enterprise lease customers and dealer partners throughout the vehicle return, inspection, and sales process. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a new, high-growth business line within an already fast-growing scale-up.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end customer interactions via phone, email, and WhatsApp for vehicle returns and inspections
- Conducting customer calls to verify identity, review inspections, confirm eligibility, and set expectations
- Gathering and validating vehicle details (mileage, service history, condition, photos) to prepare for sale
- Coordinating collection logistics and capturing preferred dates
- Processing vehicles through operational stages from onboarding through post-sale support
- Generating damage reports and handling post-sale customer queries
- Maintaining system accuracy across trackers and dashboards to meet quality, compliance, and SLA standards
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Transport, B2B Sales, and Strategic Account teams
- Working toward quality, productivity, and customer experience targets
You're confident on customer calls, calm and professional in structured or sensitive conversations, highly organized across multiple workflows, a quick learner who applies guidelines confidently and knows when to escalate, and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced operational environments.
