Abnormal AI is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to serve as the connective tissue between the go-to-market motion and the systems, data, and processes that power it across EMEA and APJ regions. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role combining new hire onboarding, reporting, territory operations, and process automation. Key responsibilities include: **New Hire Onboarding**: Serve as the primary SOPS point of contact for incoming revenue-facing employees during their first 30 days. Conduct territory walkthroughs, address questions on systems and tools, assign territories and accounts in partnership with Regional Directors, and maintain onboarding checklists and resources. **Reporting & Analytics**: Own creation and distribution of key field operations reporting including new hire ramp metrics, tenured AE performance tracking, SPIFF tracking and payout eligibility, data hygiene scorecards, and ad-hoc requests. Uncover performance risks and opportunities through analysis. **Territory Operations**: Validate territory assignments following re-carves or headcount changes, support quarterly and annual planning cycles, lead monthly Salesforce hygiene activities, and execute ongoing projects like account merges and field standardization. **Process Automation**: Lead the shift from manual ticket logging to automated resolution for common issues. Identify recurring Salesforce errors and partner with IT and Sales Systems to build automation for repeat manual processes. Triage and prioritize inbound AE requests based on volume patterns. **POV Approval Board Operations**: Own weekly EMEA POV (Proof of Value) Approval Board logistics including rep confirmation, attendee coordination, live tracker maintenance, and post-session note capture. Maintain POV dataset and surface trends to leadership. Continuously evolve the board's operations toward a more automated, self-serve model. **International Operations**: Apply correct operating models per theater, support standup of new regions, act as the international ops point of contact across time zones, and adapt global Sales Ops processes for international markets. This role requires someone energized by variety, skilled at solving problems end-to-end, and eager to build a career in revenue operations at a category-leading cybersecurity/AI company.
