Abnormal AI is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to serve as the connective tissue between the go-to-market motion and the systems, data, and processes that power it. This is a high-visibility role combining new hire onboarding, reporting, territory operations, and automation initiatives. Key responsibilities include: **New Hire Onboarding:** Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming sales team members during their first 30 days. Conduct territory walkthroughs, address questions on systems and tools, assign territories and accounts in partnership with Regional Directors, and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation and checklists. **Reporting & Analytics:** Own creation and distribution of key field operations reports including new hire ramp metrics, tenured AE performance tracking, SPIFF tracking and payout eligibility, and data hygiene scorecards. Support ad-hoc reporting requests and surface insights on what's working and where risks exist. **Territory Operations:** Validate territory assignments following re-carves or headcount changes, support quarterly and annual planning cycles with data pulls and cleanup, lead monthly Salesforce hygiene activities, and execute ongoing projects like account merges and field standardization. **Sales Operations Automation:** Identify recurring manual processes and Salesforce errors, partner with IT and Sales Systems to build automated solutions, triage inbound requests from AEs, and drive the shift from manual ticket logging to systematic automation. Required qualifications: 2-3 years in sales operations, revenue operations, or related field; hands-on Salesforce experience; strong attention to detail and process-first mindset; clear written communication; ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Nice-to-have skills include daily use of AI tools, familiarity with GTM platforms (Outreach, Gong, Highspot), BI/reporting tools (Sigma), help-queue experience, territory management exposure, and B2B SaaS or cybersecurity background.
