In this role, you will manage your own territory and drive new customer acquisition for our salon management software. You will plan your week flexibly and strategically to maximize success. Your responsibilities include delivering compelling product demonstrations that show how our software simplifies and improves salon operations, acquiring new customers through cold calling, in-person visits, and walk-in opportunities, and collaborating with the team to develop strategies that drive collective success.
You will work autonomously, setting clear goals and identifying smart approaches to establish Salonkee's presence in your region. You'll maintain a company vehicle for client visits and regional coverage. The role offers flexible working hours with trust-based time management, allowing you to balance professional and personal priorities.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in field sales and new customer acquisition
- Strong sales passion and genuine enjoyment of customer interaction
- Autonomous and strategic work approach; ability to self-plan activities and set clear targets
- Good understanding of technical concepts and solid experience with CRM systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness for field work
- Near-native German proficiency, Swiss German fluency, and good English for customer and colleague communication
