Wolt is a fast-growing delivery platform operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries. The company started with restaurant delivery in 2014 and has expanded to deliver nearly everything—from pharmacies and health & beauty to electronics, flowers, and toys. Wolt joined forces with DoorDash in 2022 and continues to expand globally.
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Iasi. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment where you will identify, build long-term relationships, and help partners grow their business through the Wolt platform.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential partners in your assigned territory
- Develop deep market knowledge across all verticals (restaurants, pharmacies, health & beauty, electronics, flowers, toys, and more) and identify key "must-have" partners for Wolt
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision makers, both internally and externally
- Manage the full sales process, from first contact to signed contract, including technical, legal, and financial aspects
- Drive continuous business development by identifying innovative solutions that create value for both Wolt and our partners

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales (retail experience is a plus)
- Motivated by targets and results, with strong team player mentality
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights and report on sales KPIs
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory
- Valid driver's license
- Based in Iasi
