Salary: USD 50,000 - 80,000 / annual

Chowbus is a leading Asian restaurant technology SaaS platform serving the North American market. The company has achieved doubled annual growth, covers over 30 core states and 100 key cities across the U.S., and partners with more than 10,000 Asian restaurants. The company builds tech ecosystems that help restaurants grow and uplift their communities. The Sales Manager role is responsible for bringing Chowbus' POS system to local and regional restaurants. This position focuses on prospecting, building relationships, leading the sales cycle, and closing partnerships with prospective restaurants while promoting the Chowbus brand. By understanding restaurants' unique needs, you will develop customized technology solutions that help their businesses thrive. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and position Chowbus' restaurant technology effectively in the market - Research and qualify prospects that are a good fit for the platform - Engage in regular outbound prospecting via cold visits, calling, email, marketing campaigns, and other avenues - Conduct product demos and develop solutions that meet prospects' needs - Accomplish assigned KPIs and goals including daily outreach quotas and monthly onboarded partner targets - Manage sales activities and results using Chowbus' CRM tool - Partner with the regional team to ensure sales expectations align with product/service delivery Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven collaboration and teamwork abilities - Strong ability to sell and upsell products - Ability to adapt to ever-changing environments - Ability to learn and quickly become proficient with new technology - Proficiency with collaborative and internal tools (Salesforce, Slack, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Apps) or ability to learn them quickly - Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field (preferred) - 1 year of relevant sales experience (highly preferred) - Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are a plus, particularly Mandarin Chinese, Korean, or Vietnamese
