RoadRunner is seeking a Sales Hiring Specialist to own the end-to-end recruitment and selection program for the Sales Development Representative (SDR) organization. Reporting to the Director of Talent and Performance, you will serve as the chief talent architect for the revenue organization, partnering directly with Sales Leadership to define top-performer profiles, optimize interview frameworks, and drive long-term SDR retention and performance.
Key responsibilities include: conducting initial phone screens and final behavioral interviews for all sales roles (40% of time); collaborating with Talent Acquisition and Inside Sales leadership on sourcing strategy and profile refinement using turnover and performance data (25%); tracking and reporting on recruiting metrics to drive hiring efficiency and quality (15%); and staying current on modern interviewing research, behavioral evaluation techniques, and bias-mitigation practices (20%).
You will need extensive experience conducting structured behavioral interviews, ideally in sales or high-volume revenue recruitment. The ideal candidate is a master behavioral interviewer who understands sales dynamics, loves data-driven decision-making, and thrives in fast-paced environments. You should be comfortable analyzing hiring funnels, translating data trends into process improvements, and continuously raising the bar for talent selection.

This is a 100% remote position for US-based candidates, with working hours 8:30 am–5:30 pm EST. The company prioritizes candidates in Eastern and Central time zones. Minimal travel (approximately 5%) is required for team off-sites and strategic meetings.
