Branch is a mobile marketing and deep linking platform trusted by leading brands like Instacart, Western Union, NBCUniversal, Sephora, and Malaysia Airlines. The company provides AI-enhanced attribution, linking solutions, and customer growth tools that help enterprises measure ROI and eliminate siloed attribution across touchpoints.
As a Sales Engineer for the Southeast Asia region (Malaysia/Indonesia), you will bridge the gap between Branch's technical capabilities and customer needs. You'll partner with Account Executives to understand prospect goals and technical environments, then lead product demonstrations, technical deep dives, and solution architecture discussions. Your role includes designing custom proofs of concept and sandbox integrations that showcase Branch's attribution, deep linking, and engagement products against specific use cases.
You'll serve as the subject matter expert on Branch's platform, APIs, SDKs, and product lines (Journeys, Universal Ads, Ivy AI). This includes staying current on mobile measurement standards (SKAN, AdAttributionKit), privacy regulations (GDPR, DPDP), and ad fraud trends. You'll advise customers on integrating Branch into existing mobile, web, and data infrastructure, including CDPs, MMPs, and analytics stacks.
Beyond pre-sales, you'll build trusted relationships with engineering, product, and growth marketing stakeholders at customer organizations, acting as a strategic advisor to maximize ROI and reduce time-to-value. You'll collaborate with Branch's Product and Engineering teams to relay customer needs, competitive intelligence, and regional market insights. You'll also build and maintain technical enablement resources—documentation, demo environments, and presentations—that scale the sales engineering function.
Branch is at an inflection point: market leader status with continued growth, profitable, and recognized as a Best Place to Work by Fortune, Inc., Forbes, and Comparably. The company is led by seasoned executives with successful exits and is big enough to matter but small enough for individual impact.
