You will drive enablement strategy and execution across the North American Sales organization, focusing on improving seller performance, deal quality, and revenue outcomes. This is an in-role enablement position (not onboarding), centered on training, coaching, sales methodology, and field readiness.
Key responsibilities include:
• Own NAMER Enablement Strategy: Define and execute enablement priorities aligned to regional sales goals and pipeline targets.
• Build & Scale Programs: Design and deliver high-impact training programs across discovery (Command of The Message), MEDDICC, deal strategy, and executive communication.
• Improve Deal Execution: Partner with Sales Managers on deal reviews, pipeline inspection, and targeted coaching to increase win rates and deal quality.
• Enable Frontline Managers: Equip managers with frameworks and tools needed to coach effectively and drive consistent execution.
• Own Sales Content & Playbooks: Develop and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, and field resources; translate product messaging into actionable sales narratives.
• Use Data to Drive Impact: Analyze performance metrics (win rates, conversion, call quality, tool usage) to continuously improve enablement programs.
You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and RevOps to identify gaps, design solutions, and scale programs that make teams more effective at every stage of the sales cycle.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum:
• 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, or a related GTM role in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and methodologies (e.g., Command of The Message, Challenger Sale, sales Playbooks, MEDDICC, etc.)
• Proven ability to design and deliver scalable enablement programs that impact revenue performance
Preferred:
• Experience working closely with Sales Leadership and frontline managers
• Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect enablement to business outcomes
• Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams
