Stuut is building the first Sales Enablement function for its rapidly growing sales organization. The company transforms how B2B enterprises manage receivables and cash flow through an AI agent that handles order management, credit, collections, payments, cash application, disputes, and deductions. Stuut is trusted by Fortune 500 companies including Honeywell, NCR, and ZoomInfo, and is backed by a16z, Khosla Ventures, and Microsoft. As the first Sales Enablement hire, you will own the complete enablement strategy and execution for Account Executives and BDRs. This is a hands-on individual contributor role reporting to Revenue Operations, where you will both set strategy and execute tactically. Key responsibilities include: **Onboarding & Ramp:** Design and run repeatable onboarding programs for new BDRs and AEs with defined ramp metrics. Own the first 30/60/90 days for every new seller, including product certification, pitch and demo certification, tooling proficiency, and territory readiness. Build feedback loops so each cohort improves the next. **Messaging & Demo:** Codify Stuut's pitch into a single, opinionated narrative. Build and maintain standard demo flows for each product surface, keeping them current as the product evolves. Partner with Product Marketing on positioning, use cases, buyer personas, and vertical narratives. **Ongoing Enablement & Coaching:** Run a regular enablement cadence (weekly rep sessions, monthly deep dives, quarterly kickoffs). Build a live call-review and coaching program with Sales leadership using recorded calls. Own the enablement content library—playbooks, talk tracks, discovery questions, objection handles, competitive battlecards, ROI framing—keeping it usable, current, and findable. **Product-to-Field Translation:** Sit close to Product to translate each release into field-ready guidance. Build a launch process that turns product updates into field readiness quickly and consistently. **Sales Methodology & Skill Development:** Partner with Sales leadership to select and operationalize qualification and deal-management frameworks. Build role-specific skill programs (discovery, multi-threading, negotiation, executive presence, technical selling to CFOs). **Measurement & Iteration:** Define enablement accountability metrics (ramp time to first deal, certification pass rates, win rate on contested deals, content adoption, manager coaching consistency). Report against metrics and kill programs that don't move them. **Requirements:** - 6+ years in sales enablement, sales training, sales operations, or quota-carrying/sales-adjacent role at a B2B software company, with clear ownership of an end-to-end program - Track record of building or scaling enablement from zero or near-zero; first or second enablement hire experience, or owned a function that ran like one - Strong instincts for sales messaging and translating complex, fast-moving technical products into stories sellers can tell and buyers can act on - Fluency running coaching and call reviews with sellers and Sales leadership; ability to spot what a rep needs from five minutes of a call - Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales leadership, Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Finance - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience - Willingness to be in San Francisco or New York office four days per week **Nice to have:** - Experience at Series A–D company selling fast-changing product to mix of technical and business buyers - Background enabling direct sales with enterprise motion - Experience selling or enabling into AI, finance, or accounting - Familiarity with modern enablement and revenue tooling (CRM, LMS, conversation intelligence, content management) - Previous time as AE, SDR, or SC before moving into enablement
