As a Sales Development Representative based in Bengaluru, you will support the US Sales team and US customer base. Your primary responsibilities include researching US healthcare customers and decision-makers using data-driven approaches to identify and prioritize prospects; engaging prospects through cold email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels with personalized, compelling outreach; understanding prospect needs and communicating product value to identify qualified opportunities; scheduling qualified product demonstrations for Account Executives; managing prospect follow-ups and maintaining accurate CRM records; working directly with US-based Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities; and meeting defined outreach, qualified meeting, and pipeline targets. You will continuously learn about Commure's products, customer base, and sales processes while working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment aligned with US business hours.
The role emphasizes exceptional communication skills, data literacy, research capability, attention to detail, and persistence. You will be part of a team that works directly alongside clinicians and moves quickly from concept to production, with immediate visibility into the impact of your work on patient care.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with demonstrated cold-emailing and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to understand and work with data, conduct prospect research, and maintain attention to detail
- Proactive, persistent, and organized approach to prospecting and follow-ups
- Ability to learn new products quickly and communicate their value clearly
- Strong interest in Sales and Business Development with ability to work in a target-driven environment and US business hours
GOOD TO HAVE:
- Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or similar roles with exposure to cold emailing, prospecting, or lead qualification
- Familiarity with CRM or sales engagement tools and experience working with US customers or teams
- Exposure to healthcare, health tech, RCM, or SaaS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
