100ms is building AI agents that automate complex patient access workflows in U.S. healthcare, starting with benefits verification, prior authorization, and referral intake in specialty pharmacy.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will work directly with founders and sales leaders to drive outbound business development into the US healthcare market. You will hunt net-new accounts across specialty drug hubs, pharma patient services teams, specialty pharmacies, and provider organizations, managing relationships through the sales cycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Generate qualified pipeline in net-new US healthcare accounts by achieving and exceeding monthly goals for new business opportunities
- Execute targeted outbound during US business hours (approximately 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, aligned to US Eastern/Central time) via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn/social selling into patient services, hub operations, market access, and pharmacy leaders
- Engage in high-level conversations with Directors, VPs, and C-suite across specialty drug hubs, pharma manufacturers, and specialty pharmacies to build awareness and interest in 100ms.ai
- Own and nurture prospect relationships through long healthcare sales cycles with consistent follow-up, cross-timezone scheduling, and clean CRM hygiene
- Partner with sales leaders on account research, territory planning, and handoff of qualified opportunities
You will be part of a small, fast-growing startup team with ex-entrepreneurs, operational leaders, and engineers. The role offers the ability to grow as an individual contributor or team leader with freedom to set your own goals.
Note: The company emphasizes in-office presence; employees are expected to work from the office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday) as part of the current policy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred but not mandatory
- 2+ years of sales development, business development, or inside sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and generating qualified pipeline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Comfort with outbound prospecting: cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and social selling
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo/Apollo, and other prospecting tools
- Drive and bias for action in a goal-oriented environment
Good to have:
- Exposure to US healthcare (pharma, specialty pharmacy, hub services, payers, or providers) or healthtech SaaS
- Entrepreneurial background: built a product or started your own company
