Sanity.io is hiring a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to open conversations with content and AI teams in the DACH region. Sanity is an AI-powered Content Operating System that helps companies like PUMA, Carhartt WIP, Anthropic, Spotify, and Mercedes AMG model, create, and automate content at scale. The company recently raised $85M Series C and is backed by leading investors including GP Bullhound, ICONIQ Growth, Threshold Ventures, and founders from Vercel, WPEngine, Twitter, Mux, Netlify, and Heroku.
In this role, you will own your pipeline from day one—finding, qualifying, and building relationships with prospects who have real problems Sanity solves. You'll become fluent in Sanity's differentiated positioning (treating content as data to unlock AI and team productivity) and translate it for both technical and executive audiences in German and English. This is not a script-driven role; you'll have a seat at the table, with your frontline insights shaping messaging, strategy, and product decisions. You'll master Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn to run a clean operation with strong data hygiene. As the company scales rapidly, you'll help write the playbook—spotting better ways to run outreach and contributing to how the sales motion evolves.
Sanity is a 200+ person company with a global, multicultural team. The culture emphasizes trust-based work, long-term growth, and work-life balance. You'll work alongside highly skilled, supportive colleagues and have access to comprehensive health plans, stock options, and competitive salary.

- Pattern recognition and continuous improvement mindset
- Proactive feedback-seeking behavior
- Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to help build processes from scratch
