claim.me, a fast-growing AI-powered SaaS product built inside Seven Senders (a 200-person established company), is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive growth in the e-commerce logistics space. claim.me automatically recovers money for online retailers on lost, damaged, and delayed parcels—a problem that costs retailers millions annually.
In this role, you will own the early-stage sales pipeline for claim.me across the DACH region and beyond. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
**Hunt & Outreach:** Identify and contact online retailers (e-commerce companies) via phone, email, and LinkedIn. You'll be the voice of claim.me, initiating conversations with prospects who have logistics claims challenges.
**Discovery Calls:** Conduct real conversations to understand pain points in their claims process. Your ability to listen and ask the right questions will uncover where claim.me creates value.
**Pipeline Development:** Convert interest into qualified pitch meetings for the Account Executive or Head of claim.me. You'll own the transition from prospect to opportunity.
**Playbook Refinement:** Provide direct feedback on what messaging, positioning, and tactics work. Your frontline insights will shape how the team sells.
**Field Presence:** Represent claim.me at trade shows and industry events across Germany and Europe (approximately X times per year). Face-to-face relationships matter in B2B sales.
You'll benefit from Seven Senders' established network, existing inbound leads, and brand credibility—doors are already open. This is a small team with big impact; you'll help write claim.me's growth story, not just execute it. There's a clear career path from SDR to Account Executive.
**Work Environment:** Hybrid model based at the Berlin office (Alexanderplatz), with flexibility to work remotely from almost anywhere for up to 2 months per year.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role (sales, customer service, account management, or similar)
- German language proficiency at C2 level (native or near-native)
- English fluency at C1+ level
- Comfort with phone outreach; resilience to rejection and ability to turn "no" into the start of the next conversation
- Strong listening skills and ability to build rapport over phone, email, and in person
- Willingness to travel to events and represent the brand
- Entrepreneurial mindset; desire to build something meaningful
