You will join Flexport's growing European sales team based in Amsterdam, contributing directly to the company's expansion across Europe. As an SDR, you'll identify and create new sales opportunities by strategically reaching out to well-fit companies and initiating conversations about Flexport's solutions. You'll work closely with Account Executives across Europe to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities, demonstrating value through phone calls, email, and social channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and creating new sales opportunities for Flexport Europe
- Collaborating with Account Executives to identify and prioritize strategic accounts
- Demonstrating Flexport's value proposition through multiple communication channels
- Shadowing and supporting Account Executives in meetings to develop consultative sales skills
Flexport views its SDR team as the talent engine for the broader sales organization. You should have a bachelor's degree or higher, some sales or commercial experience, and be commercially minded. The ideal candidate is a high-energy communicator who loves phone-based selling, empathizes with customer needs, and thrives in fast-moving tech environments. Fluent Flemish and English (spoken and written) are required.
