Pearl is an AI-driven dental technology company that has developed FDA-cleared computer vision solutions for interpreting 2D and 3D dental imagery. Since 2019, the company has built industry-leading capabilities used by clinicians, practice owners, labs, and insurers to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of dental care globally. You will serve as a Sales Development Representative, responsible for driving business expansion through phone-based selling and online demonstrations. Your core mission is to generate qualified leads, build prospect relationships, and set up meetings between prospective customers and the sales team. Key responsibilities include: - Representing Pearl's products and services using comprehensive knowledge and consumer research to explain how solutions meet customer needs - Generating leads and nurturing warm prospects to identify new sales opportunities - Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects, engaging account executives in next steps - Identifying best practices for refining the company's lead-generation playbook using HubSpot, cold calls, and email - Identifying prospect needs and suggesting appropriate products or services - Building trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities - Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market - Setting up meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives - Reporting to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results This is an in-person role based in Lehi, Utah, with occasional travel expected. Requirements: - Proficiency in lead generation and qualification - Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Intellectual agility: strong desire to learn and apply AI-driven solutions to everyday operational challenges, with comfort iterating quickly and pivoting based on new information - Automation-first instincts: experience identifying repetitive, high-friction tasks and actively experimenting with new tools to solve them at scale
