Salary: USD 75,000 - 85,000 / annual

As a Sales Development Representative, you will generate qualified leads and build a robust pipeline for the sales team. Your responsibilities include: • Prospecting: Take a data-driven approach to reach ideal prospects across key customer segments, building connections and establishing monday.com's brand in new markets. • Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and budget. Uncover buying signals and pain points to determine solution fit. • Pipeline Development: Proactively reach out to prospects and set valuable appointments with Account Executives. Identify and address inefficiencies in prospecting processes. • CRM Management: Accurately update CRM with prospect data, call notes, and meeting outcomes. Leverage tools for prospecting at speed. • Reporting & Analysis: Track activity and performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and share insights with management. • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor landscape, and monday.com's offerings to effectively engage prospects. • Meeting Preparation: Prepare detailed call reports and qualification summaries for AEs, including contact information, company background, and potential deal size. REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales and/or lead generation • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and engage prospects in meaningful conversations • Excellent time management and organizational skills; adept at multitasking and prioritizing effectively • Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools (preferably Salesforce) • Passion for learning and continuous improvement mindset • Competitive spirit and drive to exceed quota and win deals • Self-starter, goal-oriented, and customer-centric • Comprehensive understanding of monday.com solutions and ability to connect knowledge directly to customer ROI • Proven ability to identify and overcome sales objections • Ability to develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize value from solutions
