Huntress, founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, is a remote-first cybersecurity company making enterprise-grade security accessible to businesses of all sizes. As a Sales Development Representative based in Australia, you will be part of a small, elite team focused on building and expanding Huntress's presence in the Australian market. You will identify potential net-new accounts and engage with already-qualified accounts to convert them into meetings for the Account Executive sales team. The role combines outbound cold calling with handling inbound opportunities, requiring you to share the company's value proposition and answer client questions in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating new business opportunities through a mix of outbound and inbound leads to fuel growth in Australia
- Engaging MSPs (Managed Service Providers) via phone, email, and other channels to understand their challenges and identify solutions
- Operating with autonomy to help the team improve processes, training, technology use, and other business aspects
- Working with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging for new business opportunities
- Conducting high-volume calling and activities to book qualified meetings for the AE team
- Maintaining CRM hygiene and keeping leads and accounts up to date

Requirements:
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls (50+ calls/day)
- Strong communication skills and active listening abilities
