Heidi Health is building an AI Care Partner platform that supports clinicians by automating administrative work and reducing documentation burden. The company has grown ARR from $1M to $50M in two years and recently raised $340M (Series C led by Blackbird plus $240M growth investment from General Catalyst). The platform now supports 2.8 million patient sessions weekly across 190+ countries in 110 languages and 200+ specialties. You will be the first line of the UK sales organization, working with inbound demand and product signals to identify and qualify healthcare practices and hospital groups already using Heidi's free product. Your core responsibilities include: triaging inbound leads to Account Executives, researching accounts to identify key stakeholders, reaching out to prospects via calls/email/social, booking qualified demos with sufficient context for handoff, closing small SMB deals end-to-end, maintaining CRM accuracy and pipeline discipline, partnering cross-functionally with AEs/Marketing/Product/Operations/Customer Success, and tracking competitive and market shifts in UK healthcare. The role emphasizes that you'll work with warm, product-qualified leads from clinicians who have already adopted Heidi organically. You'll own the entire customer journey for smaller deals and be the first human touchpoint for most UK clinicians. The company values intellectual dexterity, natural charisma, drive, and authentic human connection—particularly in a market increasingly filled with AI-generated content. Heidi's culture emphasizes building for long-term impact, leading proactively, following evidence, owning outcomes, shipping iteratively, and living in clinicians' actual workflows rather than idealized ones. The team includes medicos, engineers, builders, and designers focused on real-world healthcare challenges. Benefits include comprehensive private medical/dental (Bupa), 24/7 mental health support (Sonder), £100/month wellness stipend, £500 home office budget, £700 annual L&D budget, 26 weeks paid primary parental leave, 18 weeks paid secondary parental leave, fertility support up to £7,000, up to 4 weeks work-from-anywhere annually, and hybrid working (3 days in office). REQUIREMENTS: - Experience working somewhere with a high bar (tech, creative, banking, consulting, PE/VC); achievement matters more than sales-specific tenure - Genuine care about healthcare and willingness to learn how the product actually works rather than memorizing pitches - Ability to hold substantive conversations with clinicians and get to the point quickly (respecting their time constraints) - Self-organized and autonomous; able to manage your own list, schedule, and follow-ups without supervision - Demonstrated passion for AI through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects - Default to building solutions rather than requesting resources - Confident in your thinking while remaining open to being wrong - Attitude and hunger valued over experience; competitive drive and problem-solving orientation essential
