The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is a front-line position focused on driving high-volume outbound growth for the revenue team. You will be responsible for conducting high-volume outbound phone calls to research, engage, and qualify prospective education sector clients. Key responsibilities include identifying key decision-makers and mapping out high-potential accounts, partnering with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads, maintaining accurate CRM records of all prospect interactions and activity metrics, staying current on ClassWallet's product suite and industry trends, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performance sales environment.

**Requirements:**
- 6+ months of experience in high-volume outbound cold calling, sales development, or lead generation (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), video conferencing, and team collaboration tools
- Exceptional communication skills with confident, engaging, and professional phone presence
- Strong active listening and critical thinking abilities
- Highly coachable with a growth mindset and eagerness to absorb feedback
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to prioritize effectively
