Salary: GBP 26,000 - 36,500 / annual

As a Sales Completion Specialist, you'll be a core member of the Sales Completion team—the operational heart of the business. Your role bridges technology and human expertise, guiding customers through the post-auction process to ensure they achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as a trusted expert advisor for car sellers, delivering seamless post-auction experiences
- Leading negotiations between sellers and dealers through skilled phone and email interactions, ensuring fair deals for all parties
- Collaborating with your team to hit conversion targets and maintain high quality standards through consistent productivity
- Working closely with Account Management teams to align seller and dealer expectations
- Contributing product feedback by testing new platform features
You'll thrive in this role if you have a genuine passion for helping people, strong rapport-building skills, and a proven track record of hitting targets in fast-paced environments. Confidence in negotiation—both verbal and written—is essential, as is the ability to maintain high standards while working collaboratively.
The position offers a competitive package: £26,000 base salary plus commission (£36,500 OTE), stock options, pension contributions, comprehensive BUPA health insurance, enhanced parental leave (26 weeks full pay for maternity/adoption), and flexible working (1 day per week from home). Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:30pm schedule.
