Postman, the world's leading API platform used by 45+ million developers and 500,000 organizations (including 98% of Fortune 500), is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to own the administration and reconciliation of sales incentive programs. You will be the primary engine behind commission cycles, ensuring all employees on variable compensation plans are paid accurately and on time.
Your core responsibilities include: monthly audits of CRM bookings versus commission workbooks to verify deal values, credits, and contract terms; managing the end-to-end commission lifecycle from data extraction to payroll delivery; serving as the first point of contact for commission inquiries and resolving rep payout questions; conducting regular audits of CRM opportunity stages and account ownership; maintaining quota assignments, territory mappings, and rate tables in compensation tracking tools; delivering monthly performance summaries to sales leadership with attainment trends and commission spend analysis; and proactively identifying inefficiencies to reduce manual effort and prevent errors.
You bring 4+ years of relevant experience in Sales Compensation, Finance, or Sales Operations. You are proficient with advanced Excel techniques (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, data cleaning), Salesforce, Everstage, or similar CRM and compensation platforms, with hands-on experience managing Opportunity and Account objects. You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, deliver 100% accuracy while enforcing plan policies, and handle sensitive compensation data with complete discretion. You excel at bridging CRM data and payroll outputs, resolving discrepancies, and serving as a trusted partner to Finance and Sales teams.
