SC Johnson, a 140-year-old family-owned consumer goods company, is seeking a Sales Analyst & POS Planning professional to support sales execution excellence across Central Europe from their Budapest office.
You will sit at the intersection of commercial operations, analytics, and execution, playing a key role in enabling effective promotional planning, POS coordination, and business insights. This hands-on role offers broad exposure to FMCG commercial processes and close collaboration with Sales, Customer Marketing, and Supply Chain teams in a dynamic, international environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate projects related to repacked products and display materials, ensuring smooth execution
- Support the internal "One List" process, including promotional SKU creation and maintenance
- Work with Marketing and external suppliers to manage POS material production and distribution
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc sales reports, analyses, and presentations
- Maintain sales databases, listing data sheets, and related documentation
- Support Sales Managers with insights on business performance and execution
- Track timelines, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure promotional activities are delivered on time
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives
You bring strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), fluent English and Hungarian (written and spoken), and experience working with data, reporting, or commercial processes in a fast-paced environment. FMCG experience is advantageous. You demonstrate strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, proactive mindset, cross-functional collaboration skills, structured organization, and curiosity about process improvement.
