Instructure, a global market-leading Education Technology SaaS provider, is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales for Asia Pacific. You will lead a high-performing sales team across APAC, driving revenue growth and expanding market share with particular focus on Japan, Philippines, Singapore, and Malaysia.
In this role, you will own regional sales execution, leading Account Executives to deliver against ambitious growth targets while building a culture of accountability and high performance. You'll translate Instructure's global strategy into localized wins across diverse APAC markets.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets; leading, coaching, and motivating your sales team; recruiting and developing top talent; accurately forecasting regional sales performance; cultivating relationships with key customers and strategic partners; analyzing market trends and competitor activity; collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams; negotiating and closing complex enterprise agreements; and representing Instructure at industry events and senior customer engagements.
You bring 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in SaaS or EdTech, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth. You have experience developing regional sales strategies and go-to-market plans, strong leadership and people management skills, and deep understanding of the educational technology landscape. You're proficient in CRM software like Salesforce, analytical and data-driven, and willing to travel regularly across the region.
