Salary: USD 65,000 - 75,000 / annual
Hone is an online medical clinic transforming healthcare and longevity through virtual care. The company offers services for hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, thyroid concerns, cardiac health, and longevity medicine for both men and women. As an RN Clinical Navigator, you will be the clinical liaison between patients and physicians, managing communications and ensuring smooth patient experiences. You will review, triage, and escalate physician and patient issues in collaboration with customer service, clinical, and operations teams. Your work requires strong clinical judgment in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage communications between patients and doctors, including documentation such as FSA-related letters and medical referrals
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to resolve patient concerns quickly
- Work with Customer Service to troubleshoot patient requests related to physician requirements and treatment support
- Provide clinical feedback on patient inquiries involving medications, labs, side effects, and other clinical matters in collaboration with clinical operations
- Support physicians in resolving patient care issues promptly
- Follow established protocols while identifying opportunities to improve operational processes
- Take on additional clinical projects as needed
The ideal candidate is a compassionate, reliable nurse who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at both independent and collaborative work, and is passionate about helping patients live longer, healthier lives. Clinical experience in the company's focus areas is not required.
Qualifications:
- Licensed RN with a compact state license or eligibility to work in an eligible state (required)
- 3+ years of experience working with physicians and/or patients in a healthcare setting preferred, ideally in telemedicine
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable in fast-paced, frequently changing environments
- Creative problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to quickly learn new technology systems and communication tools
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Very comfortable with common technology platforms (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Meet, Slack)
- Effective and compassionate communicator (written and verbal)
- Self-starter who regularly identifies improvement opportunities
