As a Risk and Resilience Specialist, you will join the Legal & Policy team and report to the Risk and Resilience Manager. This is a corporate security role—not IT or cybersecurity—focused on travel security, global risk monitoring, intelligence, crisis management, and operational resilience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Execute corporate security projects spanning travel security, crisis management, and mass notification/alert systems
- Support cross-functional security and resilience initiatives from planning through implementation, coordinating stakeholders across multiple business units and regions
- Deliver global risk assessments, implement security programs, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership and operational teams
- Conduct regional monitoring of countries and geopolitical developments to inform business decision-making
- Partner with teams across the business to promote security awareness and build a strong security culture
- Contribute to continuous improvement of security programs and operational processes
You bring 3–5 years of experience in corporate security, intelligence, geopolitical analysis, crisis management, or risk management. You are fluent in English with additional language skills (Spanish, French, or Portuguese) valued. You possess strong analytical and research capabilities, excellent critical thinking, and emotional intelligence. You communicate complex security concepts clearly to diverse audiences, work collaboratively across regions, and take ownership of projects with strong time management.
