Moody's is seeking an RFP Specialist to join the RFP Strategic Response Team within Global Sales Excellence. This role supports the end-to-end delivery of high-quality client responses to requests for proposal (RFP), requests for information (RFI), requests for quotation (RFQ), and client questionnaires.
You will coordinate projects, manage content, and collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance, and subject matter experts to ensure submissions are completed accurately and on time. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting preparation and delivery of RFP, RFI, RFQ, and client questionnaire responses
- Maintaining project plans, timelines, task trackers, and workflow tools to monitor deliverables and milestones
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather information and support client response completion
- Tracking project progress, identifying delays, and escalating risks or issues
- Drafting, editing, customizing, and reviewing response content for alignment with client requirements
- Maintaining content repositories, templates, and knowledge resources
- Utilizing workflow management and automation tools, including AI-enabled solutions
- Analyzing response performance metrics and client feedback to identify process improvement opportunities
The RFP Strategic Response Team is globally distributed and plays a critical role in supporting Moody's growth strategy. This is a collaborative, fast-paced, and highly visible environment where strong project management, effective communication, and commercial awareness are essential.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in proposal coordination, RFP support, project coordination, sales support, client services, operations, or related fields
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Jira, or similar project and workflow management tools
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can improve processes
- Interest in developing awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Marketing, or related field strongly preferred
