The RevTech Senior Salesforce Developer role is an embedded technical partnership position within a GTM squad (Client Success, Sales & Marketing, or Launch Ops). You will own the complete lifecycle from ambiguous business problem through designed, documented, and shipped technical solution. Operating with significant autonomy, you'll serve as your squad's de facto strategic technical partner while a platform Technical Lead maintains shared standards across teams. Key responsibilities include: - Act as the primary technical partner for your assigned squad, building trust with non-technical stakeholders and deeply understanding their workflows to anticipate needs - Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear solution designs, build and test solutions, iterate based on feedback, and deploy to production - Partner with Engineering on internal GTM tools and custom applications built on React (Vite/TypeScript/Tailwind/Apollo Client) frontend and NestJS/GraphQL backend - Collaborate with AI Automation Engineers who build automations in n8n, providing Salesforce expertise and data access - Implement custom Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) solutions including data modeling, custom CPQ tools, entitlements, renewal management, and integrations - Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (Fin AI, Gong, Dialpad, HubSpot, Front, Tabs, PandaDoc, Slack) - Determine the right tool for each job—Flow and declarative configuration when appropriate, Apex and custom code when needed - Write and maintain secure, well-tested Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes for business-critical workflows - Participate in code review, maintain documentation, and ensure structured release processes - Use AI tooling to accelerate development, including generating Apex, debugging logic, scaffolding LWCs, and validating test coverage - Serve as a visible, trusted partner to your squad, attending weekly stakeholder meetings and collaborating across RevTech, Engineering, and AI Automation teams This role extends beyond traditional Salesforce development. You'll support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, and your scope includes third-party GTM tools and internal applications built in partnership with Engineering. You are expected to be a strategic technical partner, not a ticket taker or heads-down engineer working in isolation. Requirements: - 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with a demonstrable track record of writing Apex and building Lightning Web Components in production environments - Proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch/queueable/schedulable), SOQL/SOSL, and the Salesforce security model - Demonstrated ability to run discovery conversations with non-technical stakeholders and translate them into clear solution designs and documentation - Ability to read business processes, ask clarifying questions, and turn ambiguity into working technical solutions - Comfortable building Lightning Web Components when use cases call for native Salesforce UI - Experience exposing Salesforce data through secure services and APIs - Hands-on experience building and maintaining integrations with external systems - Comfort using AI tooling as part of daily development workflow; able to prompt effectively, validate AI-generated code critically, and ship confidently - Working knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tooling (GitHub and Gearset) - Comfort operating as the sole embedded technical resource for a business function with real autonomy and accountability Preferred qualifications: - Familiarity with B2B SaaS Revenue Life Cycle Management, CPQ tools, Salesforce Flow at scale, and Omni Channel - Track record of owning a complex, custom-built Salesforce solution - Experience administering third-party GTM tools beyond Salesforce - Exposure to the modern web stack including React (Vite, TypeScript, Tailwind, React Router, Apollo Client), NestJS/GraphQL, Postgres, and Redis
