The Revenue Systems Team is a multi-disciplinary group of systems and analytical professionals focused on driving commercial success through scalable technology. As Revenue Systems Manager, you will lead and coordinate the technology backbone of Airwallex's go-to-market engine, working within a collaborative team to build a scalable revenue infrastructure across regions. Key responsibilities include: - Drive scalable revenue growth across business divisions by improving revenue systems, data integrations, and automations - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Revenue, Marketing, Data, Product) to shape revenue system design and architecture - Manage the GTM tech stack, field ad-hoc queries, and train teams on best practices - Apply first-principles problem-solving to translate business requirements into scalable, flexible solutions - Develop and lead process optimization initiatives within the commercial organization - Communicate key recommendations to senior stakeholders including the CRO and Regional General Managers Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree with demonstrated achievement; 3+ years in Business Analysis, Systems Design & Administration, or IT Transformations; strong ownership mentality and self-starter attitude; excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders; strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving; hands-on Salesforce configuration experience (Flows, Permission Sets, Object Schema). Preferred: experience at high-growth tech companies; advanced Salesforce skills (Apex, LWC, Visualforce); AI/ML building experience.
