AppDirect is a subscription commerce platform enabling digital entrepreneurs worldwide. PartnerStack, an AppDirect subsidiary, is the leading partner ecosystem platform for B2B SaaS, connecting vendors with affiliate, referral, and reseller partners through a two-sided marketplace. As a Revenue Ops Systems Analyst, you will own the GTM technology stack infrastructure, treating it as a product rather than a maintenance function. You will manage Salesforce and adjacent systems (Planhat, Zendesk, Gong, HubSpot) to operate as one connected engine with clean data flow, healthy integrations, and scalability. Key responsibilities include: - Proactively identify and resolve gaps using internal data analysis to uncover root causes and recommend optimization paths for GTM processes - Build and manage automation workflows that reduce manual work and improve team efficiency - Design and ship AI-powered workflows including multi-step agents, structured data extraction, and automations that make judgment calls - Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable, intuitive processes - Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI tools (Claude, Devs.ai, Clay, Workato) with clear ROI and adoption focus - Drive data integrity across systems through deduplication, standardization, and data entry enforcement - Support and automate commissions, territory management, and data enrichment processes - Manage incident response with change management, monitoring/alerting automation, and documented processes - Lead cross-functional GTM systems projects end-to-end from problem scoping through implementation You are resourceful, independent, and good-natured with strong communication skills and deep attention to detail. You see AI and automation as first-class tools and are comfortable working independently while translating technical capabilities into business outcomes. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of business experience with deep operations background in go-to-market functions (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue, etc.) - Deep Salesforce administration experience including configuration, workflow/flow building, data modeling, and reporting; formal admin certification preferred - Experience building and managing modern GTM systems and integrations (Zendesk, HubSpot, Planhat, Seamless, Gong, Sales Nav, etc.) - Hands-on experience building with LLMs directly—prompt design, tool/function calling, context and memory design, output evaluation—beyond no-code automation tools; comfort with basic scripting (TypeScript/JavaScript and Python) - Strong SQL or data analysis skills to investigate data quality issues and build reporting independently; experience with BI/reporting tools (Looker, Snowflake, Tableau, or similar) - Ability to dig into quantitative and qualitative data to spot process gaps and generate solutions backed by evidence - Strong project management skills from ideation through execution - Experience identifying problems, providing creative solutions, and ruthlessly prioritizing based on business impact - Self-motivated, action-oriented, able to adapt to fast-paced environments while working independently - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong documentation and cross-functional alignment capabilities - Ability to challenge opinions and assumptions while supporting ultimate decisions
