Orbital is an AI-native platform transforming commercial real estate transactions through intelligent legal due diligence. The company recently raised $60M in Series B funding and is expanding across UK and US markets. Orbital Copilot accelerates complex real estate law workflows by up to 70% while maintaining legal-grade precision, trusted by leading firms like Goodwin and BCLP.
As Revenue Operations Manager, you'll be one of two RevOps leaders scaling Orbital's GTM engine. This role bridges sales operations depth with full GTM visibility, reporting directly to Sales leadership on compensation, territory management, AE enablement, and forecasting. You'll own the shared HubSpot infrastructure and tech stack (Apollo, Jiminny, Clay, Nook) while specializing in sales operations to drive predictable pipeline conversion and customer renewal/expansion.
Key responsibilities include: designing and maintaining HubSpot workflows and automation; delivering accurate pipeline, funnel, and conversion reporting; maintaining data hygiene as a reliable source of truth; embedding AI throughout RevOps workflows (data research, reporting, deal risk scoring); managing sales compensation planning and quota tracking; supporting territory design and account segmentation; coaching AEs on operational excellence; and deploying conversation intelligence tools to improve coaching and forecasting.
You'll treat AI as a structural lever for RevOps, not a side project. This means redesigning day-to-day AE workflows to embed AI where it changes how work gets done—from prep and follow-up to deal progression and pipeline inspection. You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership to make their teams more AI-fluent and operationally efficient.
Success means HubSpot becomes the trusted source of truth, Sales leadership has clear forecasting visibility, AEs spend less time on operational friction, and compensation/territories scale smoothly as the company grows.
