The Revenue Operations Analyst role reports to the Head of Finance and sits at the intersection of data, process improvement, and AI-driven automation. This position will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to modernize how the go-to-market organization operates.
Key responsibilities include:
Revenue Operations & Process Improvement: Support cross-functional revenue initiatives across the GTM organization. Identify bottlenecks in the lead-to-cash process and develop scalable solutions. Document, standardize, and improve workflows around lead routing, deal management, renewals, and forecasting. Work with stakeholders to translate operational challenges into repeatable processes.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reports that enable GTM leaders to make data-driven decisions. Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Partner with the Data team on data quality and governance. Establish clear definitions for key revenue metrics. Use SQL and analytical tools to answer business questions quickly.
Automation & AI Acceleration: Identify repetitive workflows that can be automated to improve productivity. Leverage AI tools like Claude Code and other coding assistants to accelerate analysis and problem-solving. Build lightweight internal tools that reduce administrative burden on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring up to 4 days per week in the Lehi office to foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, data-driven, and excited about using AI to make teams more productive.
