Vapi is a Series A AI company building voice agents that resolve customer issues rather than transfer them. The company powers over 1 billion calls for enterprise customers including Amazon Ring, Intuit, and ServiceTitan, and is backed by top-tier investors including Y Combinator, Bessemer, and Kleiner Perkins.
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be a generalist operator supporting Vapi's rapid scaling phase. You'll own a portfolio of responsibilities across data quality, GTM systems, project management, enablement, and analytics—all designed to empower the sales and customer success teams in a high-velocity, technical environment.
Key responsibilities include:
**Data Quality & Systems**: Validate account and opportunity data in the CRM, recommend improvements, troubleshoot system issues, and configure new users to ensure data integrity across the revenue organization.
**Process Design & Project Management**: Design and operationalize improvements that streamline workflows for customer-facing teams. You'll ensure consistency and scalability across the entire GTM organization as Vapi grows.
**Enablement & Training**: Equip AEs, SDRs, and the broader GTM team with the frameworks, playbooks, and training materials they need to execute effectively. This includes sales onboarding programs, coaching, competitive battlecards, and product launch materials.
**Analytics & Insights**: Build reports and dashboards that give GTM leadership clear visibility into pipeline health, funnel conversion, win/loss trends, and revenue forecasts. You'll translate data into actionable insights that improve win rates and deal velocity.
You'll work in a culture that values craft, follow-through, urgency, direct feedback, and collaborative problem-solving. The team operates with a "build something worthy of love" mindset and emphasizes going directly to customers and data rather than relying on assumptions.
The role offers competitive salary, meaningful equity, comprehensive health coverage, flexible time off, quarterly team off-sites, catered meals, transportation, gym access, and a $10k annual learning and development budget.
