As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will optimize the GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, and Onboarding) for greater efficiency and effectiveness. This role balances strategic project-based initiatives with day-to-day operational support, leveraging deep CRM expertise—particularly HubSpot—to drive scalable, customer-centric growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and delivering quarterly RevOps projects focused on reporting improvements, process optimization, and tool enhancements
- Providing timely operational support to GTM teams, troubleshooting CRM and system issues
- Developing and maintaining CRM reporting dashboards, including pipeline forecasting and data analysis
- Identifying and implementing process improvements across GTM workflows and systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Finance, People) and external vendors
- Driving data quality, cleanliness, and compliance improvements across contact data systems
You bring 2-5 years of operations experience in high-growth tech companies (Revenue Ops, Business Ops, or GTM support). Hands-on CRM expertise is essential, with HubSpot proficiency strongly preferred. You are proactive, curious, and comfortable working autonomously with ambiguous requirements. You excel at balancing quick pragmatic fixes with long-term solutions, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders. Strong English communication is required.
