BillionToOne is a publicly traded Nasdaq company transforming healthcare through precision diagnostics in prenatal and cancer screening. The Revenue Manager will own the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close process, including revenue recognition under ASC 606, accounts receivable reconciliation, and collaboration accounting. This role reports to the Controller and sits at the intersection of financial reporting, compliance, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include: managing the complete revenue close cycle with journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analysis; analyzing and recording collaboration revenue and cost activities; reconciling AR and cash collections between ERP and revenue management systems; preparing supporting workpapers for financial statement disclosures and tax provisions; ensuring revenue recognition complies with ASC 606 and US GAAP; establishing and maintaining revenue recognition policies and internal controls; supporting internal and external audits and SOX 404 compliance; partnering with Reimbursement and FP&A teams on payor data requests and revenue cycle reporting; and driving continuous improvement in revenue processes, systems, and workflows to support scale. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 2 years in public accounting and revenue accounting. CPA license is required or actively pursued (CPA-eligible candidates considered). Strong technical skills include proficiency in US GAAP, ASC 606, SOX 404, financial analysis, and data interpretation. NetSuite experience is preferred; familiarity with lab billing or revenue management systems is a plus. The role demands excellent organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across functions.
