AppDirect, a subscription commerce platform company, is seeking a Revenue Enablement Manager to build and scale programs that help go-to-market teams (Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Support) ramp faster, sell smarter, and execute consistently. This role sits within PartnerStack, AppDirect's partner ecosystem platform for B2B SaaS. The immediate priority is enabling the Sales team and Account Managers to confidently sell across all three business unit product lines. You will own onboarding, ongoing training, content curation, and tool adoption across the revenue organization, partnering closely with RevOps, team leads, and frontline managers to translate strategy into day-to-day execution. Key responsibilities include: • Build and deliver curriculum for cross-business-unit selling, covering positioning, use cases, and value propositions for each product line and how they integrate for customers. • Design and continuously improve ramp programs for new hires across Sales, Customer Success, and Support, with clear milestones and time-to-productivity targets. • Develop ongoing training on product updates, messaging, competitive positioning, and sales/customer success methodologies. • Own the enablement content library (playbooks, battle cards, call frameworks, objection handling guides) and keep it current as products and markets evolve. • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product, and RevOps to translate roadmap and positioning changes into actionable enablement. • Drive adoption of go-to-market tools (CRM, conversation intelligence, customer success platforms) through training, certification, and reinforcement. • Define and track enablement KPIs (ramp time, win rates, quota attainment, call scorecards, certification completion) and report program impact to leadership. • Coordinate with subject-matter experts and cross-functional partners to deliver programs on schedule. • Own the enablement calendar, including kickoffs, ongoing training cadence, certifications, and manager-led reinforcement. This is an individual contributor role with clear potential to grow into people leadership as the enablement function scales—for example, building out a small team of enablement specialists or coordinators. You bring 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, or closely related go-to-market roles (training, sales/customer success operations, or field enablement). You have experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating others—whether direct reports, contractors, or cross-functional working groups—and a genuine interest in growing into formal people leadership. You thrive on bringing revenue teams together around shared go-to-market motions and excel at turning complexity into cohesion across selling cultures, product vocabularies, and customer narratives.
