Plaid is seeking a Revenue Enablement Leader to architect and lead the company's enablement strategy across all customer-facing teams. This is a strategic leadership role within the GTM Operations & Strategy team, responsible for accelerating productivity and execution quality as Plaid scales rapidly.
Key responsibilities include defining and executing long-term revenue enablement strategy; building scalable onboarding and ramp programs for global new hires; developing manager enablement programs to improve coaching and team performance; partnering with Product Marketing and Product teams on product launches and field readiness; creating sales methodologies, playbooks, and deal execution best practices; driving skills development in enterprise sales, consultative selling, technical solutioning, and executive communication; building enablement infrastructure including LMS strategy, certifications, and AI-assisted learning workflows; establishing measurable KPIs tied to ramp time, attainment, productivity, and retention; partnering with Revenue Operations on performance gap analysis; developing communication strategies for GTM alignment; leading and growing a high-performing enablement team; and serving as strategic advisor to Revenue leadership on organizational readiness and execution effectiveness.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of revenue enablement, sales enablement, revenue productivity, or GTM strategy experience in high-growth technology companies. Must have demonstrated success building and scaling enablement programs for complex, multi-product B2B organizations and partnering with executive stakeholders across Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Product. Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions (mid-market and strategic/enterprise GTM), proven track record building onboarding and manager enablement programs at scale, exceptional program management and organizational leadership skills, strong analytical mindset with metrics-driven decision making, excellent communication and facilitation abilities, and experience implementing enablement technologies and AI-enabled workflows required. Nice-to-have qualifications include fintech or infrastructure software experience, familiarity with usage-based or product-led GTM motions, AI tooling integration experience, and quota-carrying background.
