Binance is seeking a Revenue Controller to join its Finance & Accounting team. This role is responsible for managing revenue recognition, financial reporting, and compliance across Binance's global operations. The Revenue Controller will oversee the accuracy and timeliness of revenue transactions, ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and support financial close processes. Key responsibilities include: reviewing and validating revenue transactions across trading, finance products, and institutional services; coordinating with product and operations teams to ensure proper revenue classification; preparing revenue-related financial statements and disclosures; implementing and maintaining revenue accounting policies and procedures; conducting variance analysis and investigating revenue anomalies; supporting internal and external audits; and contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting knowledge, experience with complex revenue recognition scenarios, proficiency with financial systems and ERP platforms, and excellent analytical and communication skills. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively across multiple business units in a fast-paced, global environment.
