iCapital is seeking a Revenue Associate to join the Revenue & Trails Control team within Corporate Finance. This role is central to scaling iCapital's financial operations across multiple product lines including technology solutions, alternative investments, and structured investments. Key responsibilities include: Revenue & Trails Oversight: Perform revenue and trail calculations and controls for various product lines. Ensure precision in monthly and quarterly revenue estimates and actuals, providing variance analyses. Review legal agreements to understand economic terms relevant to revenue and reporting. Prepare consolidated trail files, distribute to clients, track approvals, and support payment processing. Book monthly trail payables and maintain workpapers. Assist with international fund invoicing and passthrough trail payments. Support revenue trails tracking, processing, booking, and reporting. Month-End Close: Lead month-end close processes, preparing revenue calculations and KPIs across product lines. Calculate and consolidate P&L and Balance Sheet data, ensuring accurate journal entries. Assist with invoice compilation and accounting file maintenance. Perform month-over-month roll forwards for key revenue metrics. Prepare monthly cash reconciliations. Driving Innovation: Support initiatives to enhance efficiency and automation of revenue calculations and invoicing processes. Develop insightful reporting and analyses to support business unit and product line leads. Identify process gaps, implement internal controls, and improve documentation. Required qualifications: 1-3 years of accounting experience, knowledge of journal entries and financial statement impact, degree in Accounting, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, excellent English communication skills, organized and detail-oriented approach, ability to coordinate across teams. Preferred: GAAP reporting knowledge, alternative or structured investments experience, fund accounting background, familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or GL systems, data management capabilities, ability to interpret legal/fund documents. Workplace: In-office 4 days per week with remote flexibility on Fridays.
