As a Retail Development Associate, you will focus on onboarding, supporting, and growing small-to-medium business (SMB) retail partners on the Wolt platform. You'll be the primary point of contact for partner success, working cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and sales teams.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Onboarding new SMB retail partners to the Wolt platform
- Building and updating digital product catalogs with partners
- Providing training on platform features and best practices
- Troubleshooting partner challenges and coordinating with internal teams for resolution
- Monitoring key performance indicators and coaching partners to improve results
- Collaborating across operations, marketing, and sales to ensure partner success

Requirements:
- Approximately 1 year of experience in onboarding, customer support, or retail operations, with proven ability to execute defined workflows end-to-end and meet SLAs
- Fluent, persuasive written and spoken communication in English and Hungarian
- Proven track record of making sales and closing deals
- Strong relationship-building skills with charm, empathy, and honesty
- Hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and seeing things through
- Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset with ability to adapt quickly in rapidly changing markets
- Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate appropriately
