Revolut is seeking a Retail Credit Risk Manager to support its growing retail credit portfolio. In this role, you will make data-driven decisions on risk-adjusted return requirements and lead preventive and reactive actions that impact portfolio credit performance and profitability.
You will manage exposure to retail credit risk across Revolut's consumer lending products, including credit cards and unsecured personal loans. Key responsibilities include maintaining risk appetite through limit calibration and monitoring, engaging with stakeholders and regional regulators on material credit risk exposures, and optimizing policies, procedures, and controls. You'll work closely with first-line businesses to identify, monitor, and govern emerging retail credit risks, including conducting new product risk assessments.
Your work will involve quantifying risk exposures while considering stakeholder impact, protecting the company from excessive risk-taking, and identifying emerging risks that could threaten long-term viability. You'll build trust and reputation with external stakeholders including regulators and committees.
Required qualifications include experience in consumer credit risk within financial services, banks, payment institutions, or related services. You should have knowledge of key credit products, a quantitative background in STEM, statistics, economics, or related fields, and fluency in English. Nice-to-have skills include experience in second-line risk functions and programming proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
