Collaboration across development engineering, product quality, sourcing, category management, and program management is essential to deliver predictable supply and manage exceptions. Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical field; hands-on experience producing composite assemblies and manufacturing mechanical sub-assemblies; proven track record scaling supplier capabilities from prototype through high-rate production; working knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (AS9100 Lead/Internal Auditor Certification preferred); and experience performing First Article Inspections to AS9102 standards.
