Ripple is transforming global financial infrastructure through digital asset solutions. The Renewals Manager, EMEA role sits within Ripple Treasury, which processes approximately $12.5 trillion in annual payment volume for Fortune 500 enterprises and financial institutions. You will own the full lifecycle of customer contracts—from drafting and negotiation through execution, compliance, and renewal. Working cross-functionally with Implementation, Account Management, and Customer Success teams, you'll ensure contractual obligations align with business goals and client expectations while mitigating legal and operational risk. Key responsibilities include: - Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, amendments, renewals) - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contract terms with operational capabilities and client requirements - Serve as primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and escalations - Maintain and improve contract templates, processes, and policies for consistency and regulatory compliance - Monitor contract performance and compliance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks - Support internal stakeholders with guidance on contractual obligations and best practices - Maintain accurate records in contract management systems - Participate in quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions - Provide insights and recommendations to improve contract efficiency and client satisfaction You bring 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or related field, ideally in SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software. You have strong understanding of legal terminology, contract law, and negotiation strategies. You're detail-oriented, organized, and analytically strong, with excellent communication and collaborative skills. Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite is required. You can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a hybrid setup with 10+ days per month in-office collaboration.
